The Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, has said that the incessant killings in the Southern part of the state, was caused by “cycle of attacks, revenge and reprisals.” The Presidency had also attributed the massacre in Southern Kaduna to religion, ethnicity and reprisal killings.
